The 5-day retreat is suitable for newcomers and beginners, but also for experienced practitioners who want to practise intensively for a few days.

The schedule is the same as for the longer courses.

We are also looking for someone to take care of the kitchen for this course. You will cook vegetarian meals according to standard recipes for about 14 people (or if you like, you can contribute your own recipes). You will be supported by the meditators as part of their working meditation. In addition to the kitchen work, there will be enough time for your own meditation practice.
