8-Week Daily Life Retreat - Vipassana Meditation (Online)
Prerequisites:
- Completion of the basic course in the lineage of Ajahn Tong Sirimangalo
- Willingness to practice for 2 hours daily (can be spread over several sessions)
- At the Completion of 8 weeks one weekend reserved for intensive meditation practice
- Availability for 30 minutes of online instruction (between 18-21 hours)
- Willingness to observe the five Buddhist precepts during the daily life retreat:
- Abstinence from killing living beings,

- Abstinence from taking what is not given (stealing)
- Abstinence from unrighteous sexuality
- Abstinence from lying, rude, and divisive speech
- Abstinence from intoxicating and mind-altering substances, foods, and
drinks (drugs and alcohol).
Participation in the meditation group is based on Dana (donation).
Generally speaking, a daily retreat requires a lot of motivation and discipline to persevere. You should also consider beforehand whether you have both the time and a firm commitment.
For additional support and deeper practice, you can (optionally) participate in the meditation group on Wednesday evenings. You can ask any further questions about sleep.
